Arete Design Group’s work at 22 Grinnell is a revitalization of a historic downtown Sheridan building, transforming it into a vibrant, mixed-use commercial space. The project weaves together past and present, preserving the building’s character while introducing clean, modern updates that elevate its functionality and aesthetic.

The redesigned spaces include a spacious retail storefront along the main street, professional office space, and a beautifully appointed three-bedroom apartment overlooking the city. Each area was carefully planned to honor the building’s original charm while meeting the needs of contemporary use.
