Located in Sheridan Main Street Historic District #164, the Hallmark building that is adjacent and connected to the WYO Theater, has been a staple in the community since opening for the very first time in 1923. Having begun renovation is 2016, the WYO is an architectural centerpiece and a thriving performing arts facility. The Hallmark renovation added an extension of stage left, a dance studio, a green room, reception/ticking, administrative offices, workshop spaces for Sheridan College programs and full stage-sized rehearsal space. This renovation has been key to enhancing and restoring a key part of Sheridan’s valued history.
